This villa is in excellent condition throughout and benefits from 3 twin bedrooms (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs, both of which have terraces with views over the pool to the sea) and 3 bathrooms. The light and airy living area is furnished to a high standard and has French doors leading to the patio and private garden which overlook the pool. Sky TV is installed with access to all free to air UK channels and a DVD player is also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, toaster, coffee maker & kettle.

The Residencial Bel Air consist of just 15 villas built around a large communal swimming pool with beautiful Mediterranean gardens and lovely sea views. It is situated close to golf, tennis and the yacht marina. There are many shops, bars and restaurants catering for all tastes in the town, a small fair for young children, and a long promenade that lines the beautiful blue flag beaches.

A gymnasium, and indoor swimming pool are available nearby, and the Hotel Esmeralda which is a 10 minute walk or short bus ride away, also offers an indoor pool plus a range of beauty and therapeutic treatments. In the nearby Plaza Central there is also a burger king and new ice skating rink – Skate Calpe.

The attractions of Benidorm, such as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Sea World and Terra Natura theme parks are within 20 min drive.

Calpe is dominated by the Penon de Ifach, ´rock of Calpe´ that protrudes from the Mediterranean over the town. The town, once a fishing village, is now one of the most popular resorts in the northern Costa Blanca and you can still watch the fishmen take their daily catch to the fish market (this takes place at 5pm daily) which is next door to the stunning marina with it´s dream yachts.
