This villa for rent in Javea is a spacious traditional Spanish villa, fully modernised, set high on a hill at the end of a private lane and surrounded by wild nature reserve.Newly refurbished in 2007, it has extremely comfortable accommodation for up to 8 on two levels and could suit two families sharing, either integrated or separate.The terraces are especially spacious (hence the villa's name!) and very well equipped with plenty of sunbeds, tables and umbrellas. There is a fully covered terrace (a Naya) on the lower level and a partially covered terrace above. The magnificent fitted BBQ terrace, partially covered overlooks the large(12 x 5m) pool and has hardwood dining furniture for 10 - so entertaining is a pleasure! The villa is situated about half way between Valencia and Alicante on Spain's beautiful 'white coast' or Costa Blanca. This area near Javea and Denia has been officially classified by the World Health Organisation as "environmentally near perfect" with an ideal climate. There is a 12 month season and the area is ideal for golfers, walkers and naturalists in winter and the cooler months. There are 3 fine golf courses, tennis, horse riding, water sports, a few discos, and fine restaurants in the vicinity.The sandy beaches at Javea Arenal are 20 minutes away and only a little further are the more tranquil coves and beaches which adorn the spectacular coastline between Cap de Sant Marti and Cap de la Nao and beyond to the beach and cove of Granadella. For the 20 miles from Denia to Gandia there are long sweeping beaches - often deserted other than for the locals who try to keep them secret!Villa Terrazas is 5 minutes drive from the very Spanish town of Pedreguer which has supermarkets, banks, local shops, weekly market and a number of bars.Pedreguer is one of the 'gateway towns' into the Jalon Valley.-a beautiful, fertile area of land where olives, almonds, oranges, vines and lemons grow in abundance. You can be deep into this stunning scenery by just walking out of the back door of the villa.
