The balcony of our ground floor apartment overlooks the Miraflores Golf course and is bathed in sun from morning till noon. It is equipped with air conditioning / heating, satellite TV, DVD, PS2, Hi-Fi, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, for your convenience.

Master double bedroom has built in wardrobes and full ensuite. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and there is a separate bathroom with shower cubicle. A luxury leather double sofa-bed in the lounge enables the apartment to sleep up to 6 people.

Towels, linen and end of stay clean are included in the rental price and a mid stay clean for rentals of 2 weeks or more.

The private gated complex includes underground car parking (this helps keep cars cool in summer), which is serviced by a lift from all floors. Within the beautiful landscaped gardens, there is a large shared swimming pool and childrens paddling pool. There is also a turkish steam room available free of charge to all residents.
