The apartment can sleep up to 6 people, in 2 bedrooms plus a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, and is furnished with high quality modern furniture and hot/cold air conditioning unit. For entertainment this delightful holiday apartment is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There are two good sized double bedrooms, with the master having its own en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. There is also a second shower room and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.

The Oliva Nova Golf and Beach resort has a mountain backdrop amongst endless colourful orange groves and benefits from excellent golfing facilities (Seve Ballesteros design course), golf school, driving range, tennis courts and full health spa. Restaurants, supermarket, bank, laundrette and hairdressers are on the complex. Excellent blue flag beach with beach bars and water sports available. With 5 minutes, you will find the typical Spanish town of Oliva with its many shops, bars and restaurants. Denia is a 15 minute drive - a cosmopolitan upmarket town and port 10-15 minutes away by car, here you can also take the ferry to the Balearic Islands (approx 2 hours). Benidorm and its water parks are 35 minutes drive away; Terra Mitica theme park is 30 minutes drive.
