On the first floor there are four beautiful sunny bedrooms all serviced by a spacious family bathroom.

An attractive feature of this villa is the extra large covered terrace which runs along the front of the house, providing welcome shade from the summer sun. The terrace is furnished with outside dining facilities including an enormous dining table for eating outdoors.

On one side of the pool and garden area there is a porch with a table tennis for your added enjoyment. Finally, the exterior of the villa comes complete with a toilet with a shower and a laundry area.
