Q. How much does Advertising on AMLA Rentals Cost

A. It depends on what you wish to Advertise. Here are the rates and explanations of the different types of membership.

Single Property -

If you are an owner of a Villa or Apartment that you wish to advertise for holiday or long term rental.

Cost: 149.00 Euros a year

Single Property with Video - Example Video - Video Available

As above, but if you live on the Costa Blanca or Costa del Sol and would like us to arrange a professional video of your property to display on the site and have it featured on relevant pages.

Cost: 460 Euros 1st Year, 149.00 Renewal(Year 2 onwards)

Multi - Property

For Agents or Owners of multiple properties - Unlimited number of listings

Cost: 500 Euros a Year

Q. What do I get for my money?

A. 1. As a member you get; Page 1 exposure for your properties on the major search engines for the big and small keyword searches. The AMLA Property website is already one of the highest ranking property sites dealing with Spanish Property that you will find on the internet. We currently attract thousands of visitors to our site each week.

2. Unlike some sites, we realised that the rental market was very different from the Sales market and needed specialist administration software so that you can manage every stage of the rental process. To this end we have waited until we were able to offer a specialist administration package allowing you to manage enquiries, your booking calender and every stage of the rental process through your personlised admin panel.

4. The benefit of additional marketing by AMLA.. Our role is to promote our membership. We recently acted as key sponsor to the ‘Smart Guide to Living in the Costa Blanca’ A 280,000 CD-ROM distribution with BCCIS, (British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, ‘A Place in the Sun’ Magazine (the CH4 television programme in the UK) and the Costa Blanca News who distributed 50,000 copies in its weekly paper on 28th April.

Q. How Do I proceed?

To advertise you Villa or Apartment just follow these 3 steps

 

 

1. Sign up for a FREE account by clicking the 'sign Up' button below.

 

 2.  Once you have an account, sign in and register the type of membership you require. You will be able to pay via all major credit cards through Paypal.

3. You can then start to create your listing from your admin panel. There are a number of video tutorials to help you through the process making setting up your listing. You can create your own calender with optional start dates and special price listings. You can also add last minute deals and discounts
